Ordering Zero Out-of-pocket Prescriptions

LIEN DOCUMENT MUST BE SIGNED BY PATIENT PRIOR TO ORDERING PRESCRIPTIONS

We have created a simple and easy to sign "Lien Waiver" for the patient to receive their prescriptions at Zero-Cost out of pocket.

Once the Lien Document has been signed, the prescription ordering process can begin.

Simply enter your User name and PWD that you set up when you received the invitation email.

To add a new patient, click on the "eRx" button on the left menu.

In your patient portal, click on the "Add New Patient" button

Add all "Required Information" marked with an "*" and make sure to "Add Cell Phone" for text updates to the patient.

Step 5 - Click "Save Patient"

After entering patient information, select "SAVE PATIENT" button.

After you select your newly entered patient, you can start the "Order Prescription Process"

No need to type in patient information again, simply select "Copy Patient Information button and it auto-fills the recipient.

Standard shipping is free and provided by USPS. If you need express shipping there is additional charge "To the Patients Case" NOT THE DOCTOR.

Select Either Choice - The Patient and Personal Injury Attorney are responsible for paying all prescription costs. 

Step 10 - Choose Nations Medication

Choose "Nations Medication from the drop down menu. 

Step 11 - Choose Specific Medication

Step 12 - Choose "ALL Required Selections Areas"

Select the specific Medication you want for the patient. Dosage and refills are in next screen.

Fill out all required areas. Strength > Qty > Refills > Days Supply > Directions.

Step 13 - Add to Order

GREEN IS GOOD. Once your prescription information is complete, you can add to order. You are then able to "add another prescription" if needed, or move to final steps.

Double check that all the medications you need are in the "Current Order" > then go to "Review and Sign"

Finalize the prescription by reviewing the Electronic Prescription Order. Once reviewed, select the "SUBMIT" Button.

Order confirmed means that we have received your prescription. Now you can add another patient or check on your order.

To find your order, go to the "Order Status" tab on the left navigation. Choose your respective patient order.
